1. A session on the history of women in aviation which will highlight pioneers, barnstormers, air racers, professional and military pilots.
2. Panel discussions by women of various interests in aviation, such as instructors, professional pilots, military aviators, hot air balloonists, and recreational flyers.
3. Hands-on activities that will demonstrate aviation construction and repair. Participants will also put together a balsa airplane and fly it.
4. An introduction to an airplane, the power plant, and the instruments by means of a Power Point presentation.
5. Pilots will lead participants on a walk around a small plane. This session will include sitting in the cockpit and an explanation of the parts of the plane. A demonstration of the control surfaces will also be given.
6. The day will end with an optional tour of the museum which can be self-guided or with a tour group.
